Paris. April 14. The post mortem examination on the former director of the Insur ance Department of the Ministry. David, who was to have been ar rested in connection with the Stavisky affair, had died suddenly before the investigation had led to any comprehensive result.

Although the examination does not exclude the possibility of death from natural causes. the internal organs will be submitted for "a further analysis with a view to discovering if they reveal traces of poison.
