Silver prices rose yesterday for both deliveries, the rise being attributed to purchases for ac- count of America and India. China Was

Technical observations are against the market, but we think that the action of the list, as a whole, continues Excellent, with better than a fair chance that the sceptics will be convinced before many days.

Wheat: Market dull. Outside and local interest is dwindling. Late moisture is allaying dry weather fears.

Cotton: There was trading within a ten-point range towards the close and some selling for December by leading spot house. Worth Street in quiet.

Silver: Futures were irrgular during the early trading. Switching From May to September was a trading feature. The market later ruled dull and featureless.

Loans have increase by $68,000,000 in New York State.
