Wheat: The strength of securities and the proposed silver legislation firmed the market. Statistics are bullish.
Cotton: No important selling was in "evidence. There was a late rally on renewed talk of inflation.
Silver: The firmness in London and Shanghai together with expecta- tion of favourable Washington legislative developments resulted in fresh speculative buying.
