GLENTORAN PLAYER'S MISFORTUNE
The injury which A. Craig, Glen- torall's Scottili centre half-back, sustained to his fout and knee in the "match against the Chilean and Peruvian team at Belfast in October, has proved a serious matter both for the player and big club.
He has never played since, and he is now waiting to go into hospi- tal for an operation.

Glut of Scoring Made Possible by Weak Air Force Tackling
(By Ensign)
It is true to say that the Navy's crushing victory was due, not so much to their own superlative skill, but to the fact that behind the scrum they were allowed to do pretty well as they liked. Such and Knapman revelled in the thrustful individuals as Walsham weak tackling and in the glut of openings with which they were favoured.
