Wheat: Commission houses were fair buyers for new crop months. The undertone was firm and the market closed steady.
Cotton: Market declined on selling, which was chiefly realising. Trade interesta were the chief buyers on the scale down. Southern solling was small,
Silver: Constructive sentiment was encouraged by the continued expestation of favourable silver legislation. Considerable interest was shown in a morning press report to the effect that a Silver Purchas and Carrency Expansion Hill Fould be introduced into the House do Monday.
