Vienna, February 12. Storm-clouds appear to be rapidly gathering in Austria. The authorities were taken completely by surprise on Monday by general protest strike by Vienna's working classes.
Shortly before noon. Socialist functionaries appeared in all the workshops and notified the management that an order" was given by the Party that all workmen should down tools at noon sharp.
