There was definite, breaking of the July 1933 high levels and, at least in the case of industrials, this is probably before having a serious reaction.

Wheat: Market firm and fairly active. The Trade was aided by the firmness of securities, and buying by large Eastern interests. There are no indications of moisture in the South-West.

Cotton: Market strong under general demand. There was some selling which was readily absorbed at limits.

Silver: Offerings were limited. Prices advanced in the East on general buying and on covering promoted by the Sterling advance along with firmness in London. where heavy Chinese buying is reported: Business Done: 2,080,000 shares.
