All letters etc., must be marked “By Air Mail" and handed in at the General Post Office and Kowloon Office.
BROADCASTING "RECEIVING LICENCES, 1934,
All Existing Licences expire on 31st December, 1933, New Licences "for 1834 will be available at the Radio Office, P. O. Building, as from 1st January, 1834 and will be issued during working hours against the receipt of a remittance of $10.00.
Applications may be made:-
(e) personally,
(b) by messenger.
(c) by post
It is essential under. (c) and preferable under (a) and (b) that applications should be accompanied by crossed cheque payable to Hongkong Government. The new licence will then be sent by post or messenger as soon as it is ready. Where actual cash is tendered a new licence should be received in exchange before leaving the Licensing Office.
In the case of renewal the old licence should be returned with the application, *
