Quite a long list of ponies were clocked at Happy Valley yesterday morning and also on Tuesday, full particulars of which will be found below.
In every class times were on the fast sides, and among the griffins, quite a number went over the full Derby distance. The gallops of Soldier of Britain, Chief Seattle and King's Fancy deserve study.
Nell Gwyn again did a good gallop in the Australian Class and the last quarter of 26.4 by Princess Angeline, promises to keep the gossips busy for a few days..
