XLT Telegrams conveying Christmas and New Year Greetings will be accepted by the Government Radio Office for transmission via Radio during the period from 14th December 1833 to 8th January 1934, both dates inclusive.
(a) The charge for telegrains to Shanghai and Coast Forts will be based on the ordinary rate and to other places on one-third the ordinary rate
(b) The Minimum charge for all places will be for ten worde. Full particulars may be had on application to the Radio Office.

Christmas and New Year cards bearing' not more than five written words and enclosed in open envelopes are accepted by the, Post Office at the rate for printed matter, ie. 4 cents per 1 ounces.
