Canton, November 21.
Mr. Eugene Chen, the Chairman of Foreign Affairs Committee of the new People's Revolutionary Government, issued to-day a statement of foreign policy of the new Government in Fukien, which is expected to reach the newspapers in Canton and Hong Kong sometime this afternoon or to-night, it was reliably learned here this afternoon.
The statement will set forth the policy of the Fukien Govern- ment, which is said to have informed the Powers that the so- called unequal treatles should be abolished and that complete tariff autonomy should be accomplished.
