Lord Elgin is arranging the Prince of Wales's visit, with the of Lord Belhaven, concurrence Grand Master Mason of Scotland. Lord Rosebery (Lord-Lieutenant of Midlothian), Lord Stair, Lord Lord Traprain, Lord Cassillín, Saltoun, Sir Iain Colquhoun and Sir Robert Gilmour will also be in Edinburgh for the occasion.
