The Fix Film "Bondage" is to be shown at the King's Theatre, with Dorothy Jordan and Alexan- der Kirkland in the leading roles. The others in the cast are; Merle Tottenham, Jane Harwell, Dorothy Libaire (daughter of Irene Rich) Edward Woods, Nydia Westman, and Rafaela Otlano. This story simply and effectively unravels a girl's life, and in doing narratės one of the most striking dramatic portraits of the motion pictures ever shown. Dorothy Jordan stands out in this fim, and as the doctor Alexander Kirkland 13 worthy of special mention. "Bondage" is actualy a home for girls who are expectant mothers, one gets a glimpse of the terrors of oppression as exercised by the matron of the institution. This is cleverly brought to the screen by the director Alfred Santell who handles this La 3 efcient manner.

The Mistress Of Atlantis with the world renowed actress Brigitte Helm promises to be rather in- teresting in the way of movie pic- tures, since it is something-so very different to the usual run of motion pictures. Under the able'. directorship of Pabst, who
has laid most of the scenes in the desert, with its dunes and sand drifts It is exciting, and should prove of real interest. It deals with a part of the world of which we have read so, much, and we shall actually see the historical landmarks. Miss Helm portrays Antines who is said to be really admirable in this part. She is seen in the great Bahara where most of the scenes are set. This is a picture that is described as the most perfect master-piece of the silver screen. It is to be shown at the Central Theare.
