Necks are just as high as possi- ble. Polo necks appear on jumpers, little military collars upon jackets, and tightly gathered necks are featured even. in evening models.
Heavy tweeds, homespuns which are vaguely speckled, and heather mixtures are used for sports dresses and neat little jackets and skirts. Indeed, there is quite a touch of the moors about many ensembles. which look as if they were intended for shooting-party wear.
