Death Of R. C. Vicar Apostolic
BANGKOK, Aug, 23. The death has occurred of Father Colombert Pro-Vicar-Apostolic Mis sion in Siam, who has been resident in Bangkok for 81 years. He was the oldest foreign resident and was called the local Father Couvreur of Bangkok. He was 1 years of age and was in bed only a single day.
Father Colombert, was the founder of Assumption College and raised- funds for the building of the As suntption Cathedral where he is to Le buried on Friday morning in a crypt beneath the high altar.
