Asia Lands, Limited, has received the following report from their New York correspondents, E. A. Fierce & Co. The top of the Trading range established during the past two weeks was near the year's high for indux trials. The market appears to be in a position whereby it could again push through on the up-side on any stimulating news. It would not be surprising if an upward movements got under way next week.

Wheat: Trading has been narrow, September liquidation caused easier markets.

Cotton: Hedge operations were more noticeable but offerings were well absorbed by the Trade. Speculation was light. Shower conditions prevail over the major part of the belt,

Silver: Very quiet. There have been continued investment straddles There is a holiday in all markets on Saturday and Monday, September 2nd and 4th."
