CIVIL SERVICE JUNIORS

The struggle for first, division honours in the Lawn Bowls League was decided on Saturday when the Kow- loon Bowling Green beat Civil Service in a special match held on the grounds of the Club de Recreio.

The Bowling Green won on all three rinks and finished up fifteen shots to the good.

In the junior division, the results, were pretty much as expected, but Civil Service juniors, visiting Kowloon C.C. were defeated by the narrow margin of three points. They appear now to be definitely out of the race for second division honours.

The Indian R.C. visiting Craigengower were severely trounced, going down by the big margin of 49 "shots. Hyder's rink dropped 37 shots in all.
