Mr. Hare has been suffering
some time
for from Dyspepsia and general debility, with hepatic derange-
vital
ment, owing to a protracted residence in a tropical climate . The state of vit manifestation generally is materially lowered, and urgently demands a speedy removal to a temperate climate. Under those circumstances, I strongly
recommend
that he should obtain at least eighteen months leave of absence to Europe, to
insure his restoration to health.
