The s.s. Sui Tai will leave Hong Kong at 9.30 am and will return from Maeng at 8 p.m., and it seemy certain, if good weathor, prevails, thas quite a large number of people will make the trip.

This sprint event for Hong Kong subs of 1933 looks a very good thing for Melody, especially as it is over five furlongs Bolt General and Lucky Star are likely to do well, but do not appear to be good enough to beat Melody, in spite of the fact that the latter carries top weight.

Valley Hall must start favourite if he is sent to the post over this "once round" event. Iron Grey is not a bad, one to follow here while Helter Skelter and Golly Eyes are other good things in this
