THE Chinese have lost Longkow, where the Japanese employed inany heavy guns and nine aero- planes.
The Chinese are reforming their lines at Chigan, twenty miles from Lengkow.
Japanese planes are very active flying over Chinwangtao systems- tically and bombing the whole area east of the Luan River, apparently with the intent of driving all Chinese troops as far as the river. The Japanese have established an air-base at Suichung, where they have now thirty-seven aeroplanos.
