Profits are possibly a shade ahead, but lower fruit prices at home and abroad make predictions valueless, While the company made only 24 cents a share on the old basis in the first quarter of last year, it has the advantage this year of lower depreciation, which would average 37 cents a share if spread equally over each. quarter.
