Standard Brands, Inc., and sub- sidiaries report for the year ended December 31, 182, net profit above 1931, amounting to 815,001,491, af- ter depreciation, federal taxes, minority interest and foreign ex change losses, but before profit and loss items. This is equivalent, af. ter deducting 8000,683 dividends paid on $7 preferred, to $1.14 á share on 12,575,808 common shares. This compares with net income of $14,542,310, equal, after deducting 8958,298 dividends paid on. 87 pre- ferred, to 81.09 à share on 12,644,313 common shares, in 1931. Current assete as of December 31, 1932, amounted to 838,818,790 and cur rent liabilities were 84,240,318.
