If it is to be taken as definite that the Dutch will not come in any form of restriction: the British companies should simply flood the market with rubber and force the price down to 1d per pound in or der to bring things to a head.

As shareholders are getting no dividends, and most certainly will not get any as things are at present for many years. I should imagine that they would welcome a crisia when something has really got to happen.
