EVERYONE WORKING TO STAGE
GREAT SUCCESS ·
Sir William Shenton, in a broadcast address last night gave a most cheerful and optimistic account of the arrangements and pre- parations for the British Industries Fair to be held at the Peninsula Hetel, and in the immediate vicinity from May 21 to May 27. The whale community is obviously determined to make the show a Fuccess, and a much bigger adair than last your, Lady Pael is giving a personal example to poultry owners by promising to show a pair of Loghorns, and a notable feature of general interest will be the staging of models of Hong Kong built ships and yachts, staged, by the Yacht Club and local shipping firms. There will also be a display of aircraft.
