The bulletin for Monday from the Medical Officer of Health, and the weekly return of notifiable cases of small-pox reflect the serious nature of the present outbreak, especially when it, is called to mind that the majority of cases in the Colony are not registered, and the figures in question represent deaths, which cannot be concealed and many cases in extreme stages,
