Although the exterior of The Jade Tree buildings look as though we were closed down we are very far from it. So many people have mistaken the closing of the shutters, that we want to explain that it is only to keep the dust out not our patrous. Behind the shatters there is plenty of light--and the finest showing of goods that we have ever had in Hong Kong,
The new building-or the new portion of the building will be ready for occupanoy about the 10th of February. In the meantime we have erected a long and showy banner to tall the story of what is taking place. But business as naual.
Sincerely yours.
