Rosy Morn was sent over a mile and three quarter on Saturday and his times will be found below, The pony finished all out and al though the time is the best returned during the morning, the perfor mance was far from impressivo.

Stickybeak was twenty seconds slower than Rosy Morn but he finished in much more convincing user and might turn out to be

real stayer. The pony is defini tely good.

Dancing Jack went over a fairly fast mile and a quarter, finishing full of running. Portia was taken over very slow work while Sunup was taken over a mile. The in

termediate quarters were very fast.

The Navy proved far too strong for the South Wales Borderers in o the friendly rugger game plyued at Bookunpoo on Saturday afternoon, the Senior Service winning by three goals and a try (18 points) to two trim (6 points).
