It is essential under (e) and preferable under (a) and (b) that applications should be sooompanied by crossed cheque payable to Hong Kong Government. The new licence will then be sent by post or messenger as soon it is ready. Where notnal cash in tendered a new licence should be received in exchange before leaving the Licensing Office.
In the case of renewal the old licence should be returned with the application.
