panying Medical Certificate for Submission to His Excellency the Governor
any to
that
in consideration
thereof,
6: beg His Excellency will be pleased to grante one leave of absence from this Colony for period of eighteen mouths, for the purpose of visiting Europe, in the hopes of re establishing
my greatly impaired health.
I would wish to leave Hongkong
by the next Mail steamer, which will
probably take its departure from hence on

25th instant.
