DECREASE IN SEPTEMBER.

Berlin, Oct. 15.-German foreign trade returns for September show a further decrease of the export $1,665 surpins which, however, is solely due to the increase in imports by 28,700,000 Marks to 360,200,00 Marks, thus showing an export sur- plus of 84,000,000 Marks a pared with 07,000,000 Marks for August 1932.
