Thereby certify that Mr. E. Morgen has been in a state of ill health the last two years during which period he has suffered from repeated attacks
of
Diarrhea & Dysentiry. For some
mouths
past
the disease has been
much more tevere, and having Assumed a Chrowie Character, his strength
he
gradually become so much reduced as to render his speedy return to Europe for twelve or Eighteen mouths imperatively recessary, as affording
the
