Sister Ship to S'elandis.

The motor-vessel Jutlandia is a sister ship to the S'elandia, which passed through Hong Kong in April last year, when she had as passen- gers the regal personages of the King and Queen of Siam, who were en route to America from Bangkok.

On talking with the chief engi- neer, a Daily Press representative learned that the Jutinudia was the first motor ship to be built, being launched more than 20 years ago. Her tonnage is about 3,000, and sho is driven by 2,500 h.p. Burmeister and Wain Diesel engines at a speed of it knots. The advantage of this Lype of vessel is the complete ab

The original claim was for $8,000 but this was reduced subsequently to 81,000 after the hearing of part of the case by the Chief Justice (Sir Joseph Kemp) in Chambers.

At another village the story is told of how during a meeting the speaker arose from prayer only to see his congregation leaving the house. He found that Sister King who had been sick and was carried to the meeting, bad get up, walked out, and was on her way home, to tell her family she was healed. She had not walked for twenty years and was known to be helpless.

A Christian son of this woman went home to see his mother and on returning to Tsingtau he happened to go into a prayer meet- ing where someone was telling of the bealing of bin mother, but the leader was not sure this and other reports of healing were true. The young man es quickly on his..fest to testify to the healing..

Nothing like this revival has over been seen in old Taithn we were told at our Mission Conference in Chefoo. A wealthy man, who had been an indifferent Christian, tas become a great leader, and so lave others. There have now gone out to the city and country churches, some of which were almost dead, to conduct meetings. The churches are being revived and the big gospel tent there also taken over the coun- try by Christians who bear the ex pense and do the preaching.
