Major Manners, in eulogising Mr. Duncan's sterling efforts on behalf of soccer in Hong Kong during his 18 years' connection with the game, said that the association, had decided to show their appreciation of his efforts by presenting him with a small token (an ornamental clock), ne evidence of the esteem in which he is held, and as a remiador uf his football associations in Hong Kong. After wishing him all suc ress, Major Manners then proposed the toast of his health.
Mr. G T. May supported the Chairman's remarks, and also ex- pressed appreciation for the live interest Mr. Duncan had always taken in the affairs of soccer.
Universal Tribute.
Tribute was also paid the depart ing member from Dr. Kotowall, who was unfortunately absent from the Colony but, through the Chairman. wished Mr. Duncan all success.
On behalf of the Chinese section of the Soccer Association Mr. Mok Hing expressed his appreciation of the spirit and enthusiasm which the guest of honour invariably brought to bear in all his dealings with the administration of soccer interests,
