Bombay, July 26, Lt. Col. Graham Seton Hutchinson Prin-! cipal of the Shivaji Memorial Mili. tary Preparatory School, Poona, has arrived at Poona from Eng land, and is busily engaged in gat- ting to know his schoolboys and the conditions under which the school is to be conducted..

In an interview to-day he said he had no intention of modelling the school on the lines of any parttea- lar institution. He was familier with tho níethods of somewhat similar schools in France, Germany and America and with the best English public schools, and he hop. ed to incorporate the best of the traits of all of them.

General Education.
