A motion relative to the recommendations submitted by the Director of Medical and Sanitary Services (the Hon. Dr. A. E. Wellington) for the Re-organisation on modern lines of the Health Services of the Colony, formed the subject of a long discussion at the Sanitary Board yesterday.
The motion, which was proposed by Mr. C. Champkin and Beconded by Mr. Wang Kwong Tin was carried. It is fully set out. below.
