My Lord Duke,
I have the houm to
acknowledge the receipt of Sour Graces Despatch N. 15 of 29th June last, relative to the reduccol rate of Paesage Money claimed by Mr. Hillier, chief Magistrate of this Colony, who procceted from hence to England by the Mail Steamer of the Peninsular and Oriental Company on the 23rd July last year.
