The China Merchants S, N. Co. China's loading shipping firm, were defendants in än astion for alleged damage brought before the Spean et 'District Court by Mr. P. C. Boon, a local tobacco importer. Decision was given in favour of plaintiff er Tis, 2,508.60 as compensation for the damages.
