With reference to Despatch

address of Your Grace, I have the honor, with much regret, to report that the Reverend Mr. Carroll, Acting Colonial Chaplain, has, in consequence of bad health, resigned the appointment of Acting Colonial Chaplain, and proceeded to England by the last Mail Skamer; and I have therefore appointed the Reverend Mr. Odell to perform the duties of Colonial Chaplain
