Hi Excellency the Governor, the Chief Scout of Hong Kong, presided at the annual meeting of the Boy Scouts Aasciation yos- terday, held at the City Hall and attended by a large gathering of. promineus residents.

Kotewall, voiced a strong appeal for more workers in the movement and at the same time thanked those who had generously made donations. to the Association's funds. He stated that there was yet another $7,000 to be paid off in connection with the Saiwan) Training) Camp and be hoped that before long the Association could call the Camp their own
