Sun Kwong Tung and the steam The coxswains of the motor hond launch Kwong Foo were charged before Hon. Comdr. Q. F. Hole, in the Marine Court with failing to observe the rules of the rond m the harbour. Both defendants pleaded guilty and the first man was find $25, he having a clein re- cord.
In the case of the second acensed, the Police produced two records of pravious convictions for similar offences and the Magistrate said that it was more in the province of the Harbour Master to take the necessary action to deal effectively with him and he had no doubt that the accused would be dealt with severely. He therefore cautioned the accused and ordered that the matter be brought officially to the Harbour Master's notice
