I understand that the Royal Hong Kong Golf Club may possibe y revise. their practise in regard to ladies and that a proposi to abarge married lady players 912 a year and unmarried lady players $2 a month is being considered. A proposal to make lady players liable to a limited subscription was turned down some years ago at special meeting of the club, "large- ly owing to argument on behalf of married ladies who used the course only twice or three times during. the year. Under the present pro posal, however, I understand that provision is to be made for mar. rind ladies to register a non-play- ing members and in that avent they would be able for $1 green fee each time they add the course in- stead of paying 81% a your subscrip- tion. This would appear to meet the objections put forward on the occasion of the discussion of this question previously.
