Agency Agreements exist and are in force with reliable people in all the centros mentioned above and in every caso where goods are supplied on credit. suitablo Bank or other guarantees are held for payment when due. An Agency for the New Territories and part of the adjoining part of Kwangtung Province has just been given to a very reliable man in Taipo Market. The Fertilizers are well known in Hong Kong and appreciable quantities are taken by the leading Golf and other sporting clubs.
The stock of Guano Phosphate is valued on the basis of the content of Phosphoric Acid (Ps0's) supported by Certificates of Analyses by the Hong Kong Government Analyst and in comparison with recent quotations from several other sources of supply of phosphates of approximately the same chemical content.
As regards the raised out of the provoking onpital, it is considered that the amount to be of the share now offered for subscription, $47,800.00 plus the amount represented by the stook, cash in Bank, etc. (soo shove) will imply ruffice for the Company's wanta.
Mosars, Lowa, Bingham & Matthews, Chartered Accountants,
have recent ly made a special investigation and have given a certificate that they are satisfied that the retail selling price of the stock of Guano Phosphate is considerably higher than the price at which the Company is buying, 320.11 (see above). Copies of this Certificate may be seen at the Offices of the Vendors, of the Auditors and of the Solicitors.

to continue the business without break or interruption, proposed retaining the services of the present Managing Partner, Mr. L. Dowdell, the Agronomist, Mr. J. Watson, and the staff who have largely contributed to the success of the busincas.
The Managing Partner of the Arm, Mr. L, Dowdall, will act as Managing Director of the Company, it is hoped for a long period, and while so acting will retain an interest of at least 500 shares (85,000) in the capital of the Company.

Hong Kong Chinese Interport match and the Malayan Chinese v. the United Services match, are hut examples of the autocratio unhelpful, and un- sympathetic attitude towards the Chinese Cubs-an attitude which is inconsistent with the raison d'etre of their membership of your Asso- ciation, namely, the desire to pro- Europeans and Chinese in the moto friendly feelings between realm of sport

In view of the position which the Clubs are now prepared to take up, as will be fully set out in this letter, it might seem unnecessary to enter into the merits of the in- cidenta, above referred to. But the Clubs feel strongly that, in justice to themselves, their case against your Association should be set out. at length, not only as a justification of the attitude they have adoptod, but in order to acquaint your" Association with the precise nature. of the sets complained of, in order that your Association might avoid a repetition of similar acts in the future.

(a) The Hong Kong Chinese Athletic Federation is a Federn tion of practically all the Chinese sporting clubs and associations in the Colony, and is affliated. to the National Amateur Athletic Fedoration of China.
