In outlining the case against the defendants, Inspector Murphy said that included among the witnesses for the prosecution were four aly prostitutes. The girls would tell, the Court, Capital stock, and Mr. Murphy, that they gard their earnings to the first and se cond defondants. The third da fendant was an amal whose work it was to take the girls round to "aly" brothels and to report to the other defendants if the girls refused a client. Following auch a report they would ill-treat the girl concerned.

One of the girls had been purchased at the age of seven and another: would tell the Court that she had been bought by the defendants, but the police had been unable to find any doed in connection with tho purchase. A document was found relating to another purchase. but the girl mentioned in that document could not be traced...

One of the girls then went into the witnrak-box, where she gave do tails of her experiences and stated that had been practising since February 1 this year.

The case was adjourned until Friday afternoon.
