CANTON, Aug. 17, Special, commissioners from the Ministry of Finance will accompany the expeditionary forces in order to supervise and rehabilitate the financial administratión: of those towns, that are going to be captured by the Nationalist troops.

"The National Govermont at Can- toa has already organized a fold. commission to take charge of all the civil affairs. The members of the committee have hoon duly ap pointed by the National Govern- iment, and will be dispatched to, gother with the troops to the war arens.

As the Ministry of Finance is the highest tanncini organ of the National Govertament, the Finance Minister, Mr. Teng Shiu Yim, has decided to send some of the financial exports of his ministry to the" war archa to take charge of the finan eial affairs of those towns that will be conquered by the Nationalist "troops.

It is learned that the first batch of this commission will include five financial experts from the Ministry.
