KOWLOON C.C.. SENIOR TEAM BEATEN BY CIVIL
SERVICE: CHAMPIONS BEAT TAIKOO.
DOUBLE VICTORY FOR THE BOWLING GREEN CLUB: POLICE AGAIN. DEFEATED.
Two of the junior lawn bowls games had to be postponed on. Saturday owing to rain. Kowloon C.O. seniors, after a run of ten victories, were beaten at home by the Civil Service team. Craigengower seniors accounted for Taikoo, while the latter's junior string avenged themselves at home against the Valley team. Both teams of the Kowloon.Bowling Green Club were successful, against Club de Recreio, the junior game providing a difference, of only two shota The Police, were beaten for the twelfth time.
The junior games which had to be left uncompleted were those between Civil Service and Kowloon C.C.; Yacht Club and Electric
