Ordinary non-registered lotters for Europo will bo noonpted. for transmission by the Air Service of the Eurasin Aviation Corporation, leav- ing Shanghai on Sunday for Manchoull, and onwards by the Trans- Siberian Railway.

The extra fee for the Air Service transmission in 30 cents for each hall ounce or fraction thereof. This is in addition to the regular postage via Siberia.
