the Lords Commissioners of Her. Majesty's Treasury to acknowledge. the receipt of your letter dated the 6th Distant, transmitting by Secretary Sir John Pakinglous directions for the consideration of this Board copies of a correspondence with the Sovernor of Hong hong the subject of ground tent claimed
by that Colony for
lot of land purchased by the Lovernment for Ordnance purposes; and requesting to be favored with their Lordships Opinion of the reasons given Earl Trey's despatch N.264 of the 3rd November last for not remitting the tent in question._
