Young men who don't see why girls shouldn't beckon discreetly for the joint dinner bill, or put down their own shilling at the turnstile, should not rashly declare that they wish to abandon their fundamental masculine role
A girl goes cloverly to the point when she says that if men want to be paid for, or to have no funneinl responsibility for girl companion, they must consider themselves open to invitations from girls, just as girls are now open to invitations from apen.
