An article in a Chinese newspaper published in the Colony under the name of Wu Chin was mentioned at the Summary Court yesterday before Mr. Justice Jacks when Mr. Horace Lo appeared on behalf of a young lady teacher whose character had boon damaged by what he terinod a disgusting libel.
