After all, a man spends one-third of his life in a sleeping suit. Pyjamas are important, therefore. We specialise in stylish pyjamas, perfectly tailored out of the right material, to be friendly to sleep.
We think our Dressing Gowns, too, designed so handsomely, give jauntiness to the morning tramp to the bathroom.
We have a wide variety of this kind of undress wear -right, in price, too.

CONVOYS AND SHIP PROTECTION.
The Yangtze River with Communists and bandite lining the banks for miles and miles between Shanghai and Iching ix much in the news these days. Hardly a vessel proceeds up the river without being fired upon and a state of uncertainty exista which makes navigation very hairdous.
It is in the circumstances, that the British Yongeze Patrol, in cooperation with the 'gunboats of other powers, is called upon to work over-time extending the protection so ne eessary for the conduct of commerce and the safeguarding al lives and property. In the following article reproduced from the North China Daily News, a vivid sketch is given of the work of the British Nary on 'the Yanglaze and the way different jobs. the gunboats have to undertake during their patrol of the Great River.

In this way n great saving could be effected." [No. 13 of the letter appoaring. under the signature "X."
